New Website for Estonian Luxury Real Estate Agent

Anete Ott is a luxury real estate agent who mainly works in Tallinn and Harjumaa. Her focus is on delivering a clear, professional experience and a smooth process that helps clients make confident real estate decisions.

Our goal was to create a website that reflected Anete’s premium service and immediately built trust. The new website needed to present her services clearly and help potential clients quickly understand why they should reach out to her.

Challenge

Anete did not have her own website, and her digital presence was mostly limited to social media. In luxury real estate, this is not enough, because trust, professionalism, and a clear brand presence matter a great deal. In higher-value transactions, clients want to quickly understand who the agent is, how they work, and why they are the right person to guide the process.

That is why it was important to create a website that made a visually premium first impression, reflected Anete’s personal brand, and at the same time felt simple and natural for visitors to use.

Solution Process

1. Strategy and positioning
We defined the website’s goal and visual direction with the aim of supporting Anete’s personal brand, creating a premium impression, and helping visitors quickly understand what services she offers and how to get in touch.

2. Site structure and user journey
We built a logical website structure that guides visitors from the homepage to services and contact. The focus was on making the important information easy to find, supporting trust, and keeping the conversion path clear.

3. Copywriting and content clarity
We wrote and structured the content so the key information would be easy to find and understand. Special attention was given to the services, real estate sales support, and FAQ sections so the website would be easier for both visitors and AI search tools to understand.

4. SEO and GEO foundation
We built a strong SEO and GEO foundation so Anete’s services would be more clearly understood by Google and AI search tools. This included site structure, metadata, internal linking, local SEO improvements, and the necessary schema markup.

5. Technical optimization and quality control
We configured the domain, fixed canonical issues, reduced image sizes, and made other technical improvements so the website would be fast and reliable. The result was very strong Google PageSpeed scores, shown below.

6. A CMS structure for independent content management
We built a CMS structure in Framer for blog posts, real estate listings, and future content updates, so Anete could manage the website more easily herself. At the end of the project, we also provided website handover instructions and practical recommendations for future updates and visibility growth.

Results

Anete now has a professional website that represents her brand more strongly, builds trust, and guides visitors clearly forward. The site is structured so that key information is easy to understand and the whole experience supports quality and a premium service feel.

Although the website has only been live for a short time and it is still too early to measure broader results, the technical execution is already very strong. That matters, because a slow website can reduce trust and make it harder for visitors to take action. Below are the Google PageSpeed results for Anete’s new website.

These results show that the website is fast, easy to use, and built to support both visibility and lead generation.
