Real Estate Agent Website with SEO and GEO Strategy

Anete Ott is a premium real estate agent serving clients in Tallinn and Harjumaa, Estonia.

The goal of this project was to create a website that would reflect the quality of her work more clearly online - professional, trustworthy, and thoughtfully positioned around her personal brand.

This was not only a design project. The wider objective was to build a digital presence that would present her services with greater clarity, strengthen trust from the first visit, and make the business easier to understand for both people and AI-driven search systems.

Challenge

Before this project, the client did not have a professional website that properly supported her personal brand or reinforced trust at the level her service deserved. The challenge was to create a clean, intuitive website structure that would present her services more clearly, support local visibility, and establish a stronger SEO and GEO foundation.

A further challenge was building the CMS in a way that kept the site visually refined, technically strong, and easy for the client to manage independently over time.

Process

Strategy & positioning
We began by defining the role the website needed to play: strengthen Anete’s personal brand, communicate a premium level of service, and help visitors quickly understand who the service is for and why they should reach out.

Website structure & user journey
We built a clear site structure that guides visitors naturally from the homepage to service pages and contact. The priority was clarity, trust, and a smoother path from interest to enquiry.

Copywriting & content clarity
We rewrote and restructured the content so the services would be easier to understand for both prospective clients and search engines. Particular attention was given to service pages, property-related content, CTAs, FAQs, and a cleaner AI-readable content structure.

SEO & GEO foundation
We added the technical and semantic layers needed to improve clarity and search-readiness, including schema markup, metadata, internal linking, local positioning, and a more intentional service hierarchy. The goal was to make the website easier to interpret for both Google and AI-powered discovery systems.

Technical optimisation & quality
We refined canonical setup, domain logic, imagery, and other technical details to ensure the site was fast, clean, and reliable. This contributed to very strong Lighthouse performance and a solid technical base for future growth.

CMS & long-term manageability
We built a Framer CMS structure for blog posts, property listings, and testimonials, making it easy for the client to update the site independently. At handover, we also provided a usage guide and practical recommendations for improving visibility over time.

Result

The result is a professional real estate website that presents Anete more confidently online, explains her services with greater clarity, and creates a stronger first impression for both new visitors and prospective clients. The structure is easy to follow, the information is more accessible, and the overall experience feels aligned with the quality of the service itself.

Although the website has only been live for a short period and it is still too early to measure commercial outcomes, the strategic and technical foundation is strong.

In Lighthouse testing, the site achieved 98 Performance, 100 Accessibility, 100 Best Practices, and 100 SEO. That gives the project a strong base for future organic visibility, AI readability, and conversion growth.

In practical terms, this project was not just about launching a new website. It was about creating a stronger digital foundation that the client can continue building on over time.
