New Website for Estonian Leadership Coach
Marika Raski is a leadership coach and trainer with an ICF PCC coaching qualification and over 20 years of leadership experience. Today, she helps leaders and teams create more clarity, confidence, and effective collaboration.
We designed and built a new website for Marika to clearly position her services for the right audience, build trust, and support stronger visibility in Google and AI search.
Challenge
The previous one-page website did not clearly communicate Marika’s experience, services, or the outcomes she helps clients achieve. The old site also did not work properly on mobile, lacked a strong structure, and was not built to support visibility for relevant keywords in Google and AI search.
For leadership coaching, a clear and professional website is especially important. A potential client needs to quickly understand Marika’s experience and approach, what kind of support she offers, and why she is the right partner for important leadership and team development questions.
That is why the goal was to create a new website that explained Marika’s background and services much more clearly, built stronger trust, and positioned her as a clear leadership coaching expert in Estonia.
Solution process
1. Strategy and positioning
Together with Marika, we clarified who the right clients are, which keywords she wants to be found for, and what her key goals are. We then reviewed the content and structure of the old one-page website to decide what should be reused and what needed to be made clearer.
2. Site structure and user journey
The goal was not only to create a beautiful design, but to build a natural user journey that would help Marika’s services, experience, and approach feel clear and trustworthy.
We expanded the previous one-page site into a full website and created separate pages for services, About, and Contact.
3. Copywriting and content clarity
The new structure gave us room to describe Marika’s services and value much more clearly. We wrote the site content to reflect Marika’s expertise and target audience, focusing on clarity so it would be easy for visitors to understand what she offers, who it is for, and why her experience, approach, and value stand out.
4. SEO and GEO foundation
We improved the site structure, metadata, and image alt text, refined internal linking, optimized the page for local search, and added schema markup to the key pages so search engines and AI systems could better understand the website content.
5. Technical setup and quality control
We handled the technical build correctly and checked that everything worked as it should. This included contact form setup, analytics configuration, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and sitemap and indexing checks through Google Search Console.
6. A blog CMS the client can manage independently
Marika wanted to continue writing blog content herself. We built a blog CMS so she can publish new posts more easily and keep the content well structured for both users and search engines.
Results
The new website has already reached the first page of Google within a few months for valuable keywords such as leadership coaching and team coaching. Marika has gained her own platform with a better user experience, and her Ahrefs domain rating has grown from 0.6 to over 7, which reflects stronger domain authority and growth potential.
We also placed strong focus on technical execution, because if a website is slow or unstable, it can damage user experience and reduce trust. SEO is not just writing. It is also technical quality. Below are the Google PageSpeed results for Marika’s new website.
